All sales are final. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, EAU does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, EAU will work with you to reach a resolution at EAU’s sole discretion.
